We will be conducting our annual Disaster Recovery testing which will result in us taking our system offline for a short period of time. We perform this test annually to ensure we can provide ongoing access to our product suite in the event of a major disaster.
As part of this test, please be advised that the full HouseCanary and ComeHome product suite will experience intermittent downtime starting at 11pm PT on Saturday, November 15th for approximately 3 hours.
